Q. Do you post my listings to Craigslist?
A. We do not post your listings to Craigslist, per their rules. It is against Craigslist rules to have a posting agent post for you. However, we make it quick and easy for you to post your listing.
Q. Do you input the listing information from my website for my listings for me?
A. We do not input your listing information in your online program. We have a very simple and easy to use form where you can input your information and upload photos.
Q. Can you take our listing information from our MLS listings?
A. At this time we are not able to get information from most MLS listings, but we are currently able to upload from Sandicor in San Diego County.
Q. How many listings/posting can I do?
A. It’s unlimited! There is no limit. You can do as many as you would like all for one low monthly price.
Q. How many Real Estate Agents can use this template?
A. You have an option for your office to use a general office template or we can design it so 10 Agents can share one template. For every 10 additional Agents, there is an additional per month fee.

A. Yes, but not for your Craigslist postings. It is against Craigslist rules to have links. Yes, we do realize others have links on their postings. They are breaking the rules and it is just a matter of time until they are caught and banned. We receive calls each week from people who have been banned for using link on their postings. Most sign up for service with us and then we begin the arduous process of getting them unbanned.
